Mock Trials
an opportunity to test drive the case
Mock trials give you an opportunity to test drive the case. JRI recruits several panels of surrogate jurors drawn from the trial jurisdiction. The issues, evidence, testimony and arguments of both sides are presented to jurors through opening statements, video depositions, exhibits and arguments of counsel. Jurors provide feedback through a series of carefully crafted questionnaires that elicit their reactions to the testimony of witnesses and the arguments of counsel. Jurors also complete extensive questionnaires that reveal their attitudes, beliefs and opinions about each aspect of the case. Deliberations are monitored in an adjacent observation room and videotaped for later detailed analysis. Post-deliberation discussions allow you to interact directly with mock jurors to probe specific areas of concern. Mock trials give you the advantage of seeing and hearing dozens of jurors deliberate the issues—a powerful edge in testing and refining the case strategy.
